Our service includes

  • Construction debris and trash will be removed and placed in a customer-supplied dumpster.
  • Labels and stickers, not required to remain, will be removed from fixtures and appliances. 
  • Fixtures, floors, and trim that have any remaining drywall mud will be cleaned, and the drywall mud removed.
  • Ceiling fans, floors, and return covers will be cleaned. 
  • Baseboards, doors, ledges, electrical outlet covers, and light switches will be cleaned. 
  • Woodwork including doors, frames, trim, cabinets, drawers, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails, and moldings will all be wiped down. 
  • Restroom fixtures including sinks, light fixtures, mirrors, faucets, toilets, showers, and tubs will be scrubbed, cleaned, and polished.
  • The kitchen will be cleaned top to bottom including: inside ALL cupboards, sink cleaned and polished, countertops and exterior of all appliances vacuumed, cleaned, and polished.  
  • Hard floors will be vacuumed and mopped appropriately, carpeted surfaces vacuumed.
  • Vents will be wiped and cleaned out in the immediate area. *WE DO NOT OFFER FULL

DUCT CLEANING.* 

  • Windows will be cleaned including all stickers removed, glue, caulk, and drywall mud removed as well. Vacuum track removing dust, drywall mud, and debris, trim, and window casing will be wiped down, and glass will be cleaned/polished inside.  
  • Utility and other unfinished areas will have floors vacuumed. Furnace, water heater, and other utilities will be wiped down and cleaned. Extra trash and debris will be removed. 
  • Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in a designated location.
